The Reloved Boutique is a casual consignment boutique and we focus on everyday fashion. From jeans and casual pants, tops to costume jewelry to footwear and more - we are your one stop shop for a great outfit! We are not brand specific and focus on the condition, quality and style of all items before accepting them for sale in the boutique.

When we are accepting items throughout the season, our process is:

1. You use our online booking calendar and schedule a day to drop off your bag during our regular business hours
2. We do not go through your items on the spot, we carefully go through and curate our assortment based off of what we know sells well and what we need in the boutique
3. At drop off, you have the choice to get your items back if we go through them and they are not a match for us, or we can donate to our local non-profit partners on your behalf.
4. If you chose to have your items returned back to you, you will be contacted via email with instructions and a date to pick them up.
5. Once your items sell, your funds accumulate on your account and you have the option to use it as a store credit to purchase items in the boutique. Alternatively you can request to have your balance paid out to you via e-transfer or by cheque. When you redeem your store credit, we top it up 10% giving you more bang for your buck for shopping in the boutique.

No, we do not accept luxury designer labels.

Each consignor has an account and as your items sell, your account balance accumulates. You can use this as a store credit to shop in store, or you can request a payout for anything $20+. Payouts are made on Tuesdays via e-transfer BY REQUEST from the consignor.

We proudly donate ALL unsold items to our non-profit partners in the city.

There is an abundance of metered street parking on James Street North as well as the surrounding streets. There are also municipal parking lots on Hughson, as well as Mulberry Street. You may even luck out and find free street parking on Hughson (which is the street behind the store parallel to James Street North)

Due to the nature of our business, all items are final sale. Being a pre-loved consignment boutique we do our best to carefully go through items before having them in the boutique or online for sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased. All items are sold as is.

Yes we do carry plus sizes. Our assortment is based off of what our consignors bring in and we are always looking to offer a size range for everyone.

Due to such a high volume of pieces we receive, we work in drop off windows. You are only able to drop off your bag to us within a dedicated window once it is determined. Our seasonal windows fall in these approximate time frames: 

• Spring / Summer Intake is approximately February 15 - July 15th
• Fall / Winter intake is approximately August 15 - January 15th

We typically have at least 2 drop off windows per season and we announce the exact dates via email, on our website and blast it on social media!  We typically work in 1 or 2 week drop-off windows, and we will put a pause on accepting anything once we reach a certain threshold. We always like to mention that the earlier you bring your items in the season the better!

Absolutely! We know you are eager to clean out those closets, but to ensure that everyone gets a chance to drop off with us, you can drop off 1 (ONE) bag. We have seen anywhere from sandwich bags to industrial sized garbage bags - as long as everything fits in one bag, you are more than welcome to bring it in! During any timeframe we are accepting drop offs you are allowed to bring in 1 bag! Sorry, no exceptions!

We have a standard consignment split. When your item sells, 60% of the price goes to the boutique, and 40% goes to you, the consignor.

Yes, we have gift certificates available for purchase in the boutique.

Yes. We do not accept:

• dirty/stained/heavily scented clothing
• bathing suits
• bodysuits
• formal gowns (prom, bridal, bridesmaids)
• undergarments
• sleepwear
• luxury items (chanel, gucci etc)
  

If we feel that we have too much in a certain category before drop offs start, we will communicate that!
